One with a king bed (sleeps 2) and the other has a queen and single bed with a trundle (sleeps 4).There is a hall bath with shower.Parking is limited to 4 cars, 2 in the front and 2 on the side. No parking on private lots nearby or the street.Gas Grill is pool side.Pool is approximately 33 x 16ftWhy Stay on East Beach:The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould’s Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.MORE INFOPets: This home is dog friendly with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can’t host breeds known to insurance carriers as ‘vicious’, please ask if you’re not sure.No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.
