We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it’s not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen.Pets are allowed 25 pounds or less, the pet fee is $25 per night per pet. Please let us know if you want to bring a pet at the time of booking. Once booked, we will require a $250 pet cleaning deposit fee on the day of reservation. Refundable on the check-out day if no damage or excessive animal fur in the space. Also, we will require a picture of the pet.For undisclosed pets brought into the listing, there is an additional $250 fee.Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet’s waste.
