East Hampton Classic Close to Bay Beaches w/Private Backyard, Heated Pool & DeckAt the end of a quiet cul-de-sac this very private and stunning post modern home is located in the Northwest Woods of East Hampton and is equal distance, about a 10 minute drive, to both the villages of East Hampton and Sag Harbor. It’s the perfect location to make the most out of the fantastic restaurants, markets, shops, wineries and museums that both towns offer. The lovely bay beaches at Cedar Point Park (no parking permit required), as well as Sammy’s Beach are a short 2-3 minute drive away, as are numerous hiking, biking and jogging trails. The spectacular ocean beaches, such as Main Beach in East Hampton, are only a 12-15 minute car ride away.The house itself is situated on one and a half private and wooded acres backed by a 40 acre preserve. The backyard of the house with it’s 20 x 40 HEATED pool, red brick patio and large wrap around cedar deck is completely private and receives great sun throughout the day. The deck and patio are equipped with a Weber gas grill, outdoor dining table with umbrella and seating for six or more, 7 chaise lounge chairs with 2 additional umbrellas, 4 side tables and 2 wrought iron chairs. The landscaped gardens and lawn are colorful and lush, and the backyard is completely fenced. The surrounding woods are filled with oak, white pine, cedar and wild dogwood. It is not uncommon to catch a glimpse of exciting wildlife such as red fox, wild turkey, deer, owls, hawks and pheasant.The interior of the house is spacious and beautifully decorated but at the same time is relaxed and comfortable. The living room has a double height vaulted ceiling with towering windows that make the house very open, light and bright. The recently renovated kitchen seats six and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It flows effortlessly into the open living area and through French doors to the formal dining room which also seats six or more people. There are four bedrooms in the house, two with en-suite bathrooms. The main upstairs bedroom has a king size bed with wrought iron head board, large walk in closet and double sink bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with full en-suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and infant crib and the other with two comfortable twin beds. These bedrooms share a full size bathroom with shower and tub.Our goal is to make sure our guests have a relaxing and fun filled vacation.
