A separate dwelling adjoining the house and an apartment above a detached garage are rented on an annual basis. The owner resides on the property. Ample parking is available.From this charming beach home enjoy all outdoor activities. Weekly parking passes are available at Nauset Beach and Skaket Beach,which is known for its long sandbars and numerous tidal pools, great fun for kids of all ages.Beach necessities: towels, chairs, coolers, wind screens, etc…, are provided. Rent a surf board or bogie board and ride the waves at Nauset.
