It’s a quaint, quiet, well-loved spot that many have enjoyed over the years. Please note – there is one step inside the condo that goes from the living space to the rest of the condo. In addition, this is a downstairs unit and it is possible you will hear floor noise from above or from next door.Best of all: The furriest member of the family doesn’t have to miss out on all the fun! There is a wood partition surrounding the trash receptacle 40′ away.
