There are two master bedrooms, one on each floor with en suite bathrooms.Fully renovated and absolutely beautiful this house is a dream vacation destination! As you enter the house on the first floor, there is a king master bedroom/bath with a full sleeper sofa and a walk in shower. The downstairs master bedroom has a door that opens to the patio and provides direct access to the house’s private beach walkover. The first floor has an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower.The main living space is the upstairs floor. It has an open floor plan kitchen/dining area/living room with stunning ocean views. The kitchen features a coffee bar with a keurig machine, new appliances, an island with bar seating, a 6 person dining table and all the basic cookware needed to prepare any meals during your stay. The upstairs has a 2nd master bedroom with a king bed and attached large bathroom with walk in shower. The upstairs master bedroom has a sliding door that opens directly onto the house’s large ocean view deck. There is another bedroom outfitted with two double beds and a bathroom across the hallway that also has access to the upper deck. Both upstairs bedrooms have beautiful ocean views!The upstairs deck has lounge chairs, an 8 person dining table and a grill. Downstairs there are Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, a hot tub and two outside showers. The garage has laundry machines for guests use.The house has a brand new weatherproof deck that will not splinter or get hot on your feet for direct access to the beach.The door code will be provided prior to check-in.Contact-less check-in. We live full-time on Amelia Island and are available to quickly address any concerns.This beach house is located next to other similar-sized beach houses (no condo buildings!). There is a small turtle preserve across the street so there are no other houses directly across from this home. Slider’s Seaside Grill is half a mile south of the house and is a fun oceanfront restaurant with frequent live music. Publix and other necessities are located on nearby Sadler Road.
