The Ebert-Artis House is a renovated downtown home with modern conveniences all while maintaining its historic charm. This property features a stately front porch, elegant contemporary kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors, fenced in rear yard, and off street parking! The upstairs features two guest bedrooms, a full guest bathroom and a beautiful owner’s suite, which includes a renovated bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, and large walk-in shower. The downstairs features office (or 4th bedroom!), formal dining, eat in kitchen and living room with fireplace. You’ll love spending time in the spacious backyard complete with a fire pit and grill. The house is equipped with a whole house water filtration system and comes with plenty of room to have space for all of your family and friends!The location of Ebert-Artis Cottage truly can’t be beat. You’ll be able to easily walk to all the amazing shops and restaurants that Downtown Wilmington has to offer. The Riverwalk is only a few blocks away as well. You’re close enough to get all the benefits of downtown but in a quiet location away from all the hustle and bustle.Guests will have full access to the entire house, porch, and yard space. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.Thank you for booking with us!
