Our Boho Chic Parker Pad is the perfect home base for responsible bachelorette groups, families, families with young with young children, family reunions, business travelers, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted. No guests under the age of 25 are permitted without a parent or legal guardian.MAIN HOUSEThe open kitchen, living, and dining areas are a welcoming space for your group to gather in. Curl up with a good book on the comfortable couch or enjoy your favorite movie on the 65″ flat screen TV which offers cable + streaming. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light in and offers views of the pool and hot tub.KITCHENThe kitchen, which overlooks the pool, is fully equipped with the essentials needed to whip up a memorable meal. Guests can sit at the breakfast bar that seats 4 or at the dining table which seats 8.MAIN HOUSE BEDROOMSThe primary bedroom, which is on the first floor, offers a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Just up the stairs, is the loft area with a secondary living area and flat screen TV and double sofa-bed. There are also 3 full bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms on this floor. GUEST HOUSE The detached guest house, located behind the pool, offers a spacious secondary living space perfect for multiple families or corporate groups traveling together. All guests must move indoors between that time, no exceptions3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. This will be policed w/ decibel meter devices.4) Pets are NOT permitted5) The driveway is steep but 2-3 cars can park in the driveway and street parking is permitted and easily available6) The pool can be heated for a fee of $150 / day.7) There is currently construction going on at the property immediately to the left of us.
