Come and let the stress of everyday life wash away as you watch the glorious sunsets from the balcony. If you are looking for amenities, look no further! ​ This is a Non-Smoking Unit along with a fully enforced NO PET Policy. Within the gated Edgewater retreat is a Private Restaurant & Bar, Paradise Pizza, Edgies Corner Market (serving Starbucks Coffee), a complete Fitness Center w/massage therapist, 10 Lighted Tennis Courts, 2 Basketball courts, 11 Swimming pools including the resort’s huge Lagoon pool, 4 hot tubs, Kids Adventure Zone with Splash Pad for the little ones, Sky Trail, Dive-In Movies by the pool, a golf course and Security 24 hrs 7 days a week. Guest Registration Required: Guest registration fees include entry to the resort and use of many amenities (pools, hot tubs, splash pad, Oceans Restaurant, Edgie’s surf shop, beach access, and more; other Club amenities such as golf, fitness center, and all court sports still carry an additional fee) and one vehicle access pass. Registration fees are not parking fees. They must be paid regardless of how a guest arrives on the property. Fees are not impacted by whether your guest has a vehicle or not. The guest registration fee is $50 per stay (regardless of duration). A second vehicle may be added for $30. While discouraged in the summer because of limited space, TWO extra vehicles may be added for $80. Extra motorcycles are $20 each during non-Bike week. A trailer/RV/pull behind in off season non- Bike week is $40/week. ​
