Each suite has a fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for your convenience, and golf course or beach views for your enjoyment. Our resort amenities will be sure you and your family have the best vacation ever! The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. Your 2023 Registration Packet is not included in your reservation, and $70 for up to (6) guests. One additional vehicle may be added for $20. You will be required to register and pay online for your packet.Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. This condo is located in Tower 3 on the 10th floor and is in the ultimate location – not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing.
