The guest bedroom has a queen bunk bed with an additional sleeper sofa and single sofa bed in the common area and shares the second bath with the living space. The beachfront condo overlooks the Lagoon Pool and features two full bathrooms, full kitchen with wet bar, and plenty of space in the common area for you and the family to relax while watching waves in at the Gulf Of Mexico oceanfront Edgewater Resort complex.Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, 2024 rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay.
