(Please note that the guest bedroom does not have it’s own vent for the AC ) The upper level, with its vaulted ceilings, includes the well-equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for six, and comfortably furnished living room. The guest bedroom is also on the main floor, with a queen size bed, its own smart TV, and a desk area ideal for those working vacations. Just across the hallway is a full guest bathroom with shower. Downstairs you’ll find the grand master suite. It’s got a Cal king bed, its own smart TV, and another private lanai with mountain and waterfall views. The large, modern en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The laundry room is also downstairs, and is equipped with a full-sized washer, dryer and sink.Garage parking is available, no need to park outside in the hot sun!
