Everything was remodeled in June 2020. Amazing upstairs bathroom, which was re-done to the studs. Unbeatable location. Smart TV equipped. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. All rooms have ceiling fans. The couch has 66 inches of space from armrest to armrest. Although you will rarely need them (except summer) there are 2 very powerful and ultra silent AC units installed in the space; 1 is upstairs and 1 downstairs.***All hard surfaces are sterilized in between every tenant’s stay, to meet up to standards with today’s social climate, and best protect you and your family from the threat of Covid-19. **PETS – Must be disclosed at booking request, and approved by owner prior to booking. The pet cleaning fee is $60, in addition to the regular cleaning fee. If your pet is approved, we will send you a special day offer (including pet cleaning).
