Grand historic southern home has been completely updated with modern amenities in order to give those enjoying Summerville, Charleston, and the surrounding areas the ultimate guest experience.Your suite is located on the ground level of the main house. (Innkeeper lives on second floor – which has a private exterior entrance, and the main level of the house consists of 3 completely private suites – all with separate entrances and no common/shared spaces!) . You have a private entrance into your suite, with no shared spaces – it’s all yours! Once you enter your suite, you’ll see your own private sitting room, complete with a 50 inch LED TV, extremely comfortable couches, and a small writing / working desk. Though the doorway ahead, you will find your huge bedroom with 15 foot ceilings. Your bedroom has a King size bed consisting of a coil wrapped spring core and a gel infused memory foam for the ultimate sleeping experience. In addition, you have a 50 inch LED TV (cable), wardrobe cabinet, and a and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a small fridge, toaster, microwave, and Keurig Brewer with assorted K-Cups. Before you reach the bedroom, you will find a private bathroom that includes; cast iron claw foot tub/shower, and a beautifully reclaimed double vanity. Included in your stay are the following amenities; plush bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and a hair dryer.Shared outdoor spaces include a classic large southern front porch with 2 sitting areas.Please note to ensure all guests have a peaceful, safe, and secure stay, we have added security cameras located on the exterior of the home. The devices are located on the four corners of our property and monitor the exterior activities of the home, including the driveway and all walkways.Frequently Asked Questions:How far away are you from Charleston & the beach?Summerville is “at the heart of it all” as the ideal & central location of the Lowcountry. We are located 22 miles from downtown Charleston and 33 miles from the nearest beach. The Charleston Airport is 12 miles from our listing.Are your rates negotiable?Unfortunately, no. You can’t put a price on great memories! We extend a 10% discount on all stays 7+ nights or more and a 15% discount on stays 28+ days or more. The discount will automatically be applied at the checkout screen.I work remotely, is there wifi?Yes, we provide wifi in all of our listings.
