On a nice day, you can also savor your meal outside al fresco style.• There is ample car parking available in the driveway for guests. The driveway can also accommodate a long trailer.• Note: the pool is only available in the summer months.• The pool is heated. Kindly be aware that there is a $75 charge applicable for access to the heated pool (For stays booked after May 15)• Please note that the pool heater is set at a comfortable 80 degrees Fahrenheit. If you desire a hotter temperature, an additional fee of $150 will be required. Kindly inform us in advance if you wish to adjust the temperature, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is $500 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted• Please complete the verification, and either pay a $1000 refundable security deposit (which will be returned after check-out).
