There’s a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, as well as two sets of sliding glass doors that connect to the oceanfront balcony – one set in the living room and one in the primary bedroom.The primary bedroom features a king bed, an open closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.THINGS TO KNOWWeekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) only from June through mid-AugustThe homeowners are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. (Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club.) Resort amenities include year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and access to the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton. The Beach Club bar and grill, cabana, and towel services are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The amenity card fee is $112 plus tax.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.This rental is located on floor 4.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
