An outdoor shower, a 38′ salt-water pool with spa and tanning deck, a 10′ x 50′ bocce ball court, and a large lawn perfect for croquet. And then there’s the pool cabana repurposed from a shipping container!If outside is all about fun, inside Elenora Place it’s all about comfort. This beautifully reimagined California Ranch has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The completely updated kitchen opens to the dining and living areas providing a place for the entire crew to gather in one space. The living area features plenty of comfortable seating with views out to the pool and a 75″ smart TV. There’s counter seating for 6 and a dining table for 8. The entire home has polished concrete floors and is tastefully decorated with just a touch of 70’s Hollywood glam.The primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, slider to the backyard, oversized closet, and a large ensuite with a double sink floating vanity and walk-in shower.Each of the three comfortable guest bedrooms has its own décor personality and includes a smart TV and large closet. Two of the guest rooms have a queen bed; the third, a king bed.The hall bath has a double sink vanity and tub/shower combo. Just off the living area and convenient to a backyard entrance is the third bath with a walk-in shower.Elenora Place is in one of Palm Springs hidden in plain sight neighborhoods making it a quiet, private retreat but close to everything.RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:**Security cameras cover entrances to house, none inside or in back.**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 8 (regardless of age) and no parties.**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.**This house requires both a $1500 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $99. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however you are responsible for any overages.**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee.
