This lovely condo accommodates up to 6 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home! The on site, shared outdoor pool will open Memorial Day weekend, the Labor Day Weekend (managed by the HOA). This unit has a full flight of stairs to the front door.This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.This home is managed by Rocky Mountains Property Services, a family owned and operated business local to Estes Park.Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 24 through October 20, 2024.
