The bed sizes include 3 Queens, 1 Twin and Bunk Bed with Double/Twin. Linens provided with beds made. Enter the ground floor and find an ocean front bedroom (Queen bed) w/built-in mini-fridge/microwave, coffee service, flat screen cable TV, full bath & private entrance to the secluded built-in ocean front Hot Springs spa w/automatic privacy screen & private hot/cold shower. Next you will arrive on the 2nd level & find 2 bedrooms, the 1st bedroom is ocean front master suite (Queen bed) w/fireplace, flat screen cable TV, coffee service, whirlpool bath, direct access to covered deck w/sundeck & private walkway to ocean front gazebo w/lights, misting system, O/S shower, cushioned seating, hammock & the beach! The next bedroom (children’s room) has a full bath, flat screen cable TV. The stocked laundry center is located on this level as well as a central built-in M/W, mini-fridge stocked upon arrival w/soft drinks & water. As you continue on to the 3rd level you will find a well-appointed kitchen w/dishwasher, range, M/W, & refrigerator w/ice, dining, 1/2 bath & living area w/gas fireplace, wet bar w/ice maker, flat screen Smart cable TV (access to Netflix & Hulu), Bose Wave radio. Main deck is complete w/rocking chairs, automatic awning, gas grill, beach chairs & an awesome ocean view. Finally, your journey ends in the ocean front penthouse suite. This suite is complete with flat screen cable TV w/Bose theater sound system, a renovated full bath, stocked mini-fridge, M/W, coffee service, free weights, & private deck w/automatic awning, rocking chairs & dynamic ocean view! Other features include: free high-speed wireless internet, central heating/air, ceiling fans, water softener, books, games, irons/ironingboards, hair dryers in each bath, and lots of extra pillows and blankets. The garage has 2 bicycles, putting clubs/golf balls for the putting green that is located on the professionally landscaped and maintained property.
