This is a studio suite with one King size bed.DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $500 is required on date of arrival (depending on booking site). This will be collected by credit card. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: While we welcome groups celebrating life events, LOUD OR VULGAR LANGUAGE OR DRUNKEN OR OTHER INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ON THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN EVICTION OF ALL PARTIES AND THE TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT AT THE PROPERTY OWNER’S DISCRETION.VISITORS: Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. We have very limited parking on property.VISITORS AT THE POOL: Our pool is built to accommodate max occupancy of each unit comfortable and safely. Our first priority is making sure our guests have access to the pool, therefore outside visitors are not permitted to use the pool.NO VAPING/SMOKING is allowed whatsoever inside the unit. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found indoors, you will be subject to an additional fee of $250. Smoking is allowed on porches only, with slider doors shut. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.General check in time is 2PM and Checkout time is 10AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $250.EXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly. This additional fee can be paid through the booking site, or cash left for cleaner.NO PETS ALLOWEDSECURITY CAMERAS – 1 external security cameras (facing out) Locations: Back Pool & Dock area.USE OF GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50. Guest is responsible for following any specific instructions posted in the home or at the grill.
