This home includes 2 kitchens, a game room that includes a pool table. ping pong and a boat dock with water toys! Whether you’re an avid fisherman, water sports enthusiast, or simply looking to unwind by the serene lake, this is the ideal retreat for you.The Space:Step inside our elegantly decorated lake house, where modern comforts meet rustic charm. The spacious living area is adorned with cozy furnishings, a gas fireplace, and large windows that invite the outdoors in. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, ready for you to whip up delicious meals to enjoy on the screened in patio overlooking the water.With the four bedrooms, and 4 full bathrooms our lake house comfortably sleeps 9 guests. The master bedroom located in it’s own private wing of the house, boasts panoramic lake views, ensuring you wake up to a tranquil and scenic morning. This bedroom also includes a private patio so savor a cup of coffee and soak in the views. The master bathroom is the epitome of luxury with two vanities and spacious walk in shower.The upper level of this home, you will find the 2 guest rooms that offer a perfect retreat for both adult guests and the younger ones. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a King Bed, small desk and workspace. The En-suite bathroom includes the walk-in shower and may be shared with the 3rd guest room down the hall.The third guest room is designed with the younger ones in mind. Two charming beds, one is a twin bed and the second is a daybed which includes a trundle with playful bedding to create a cheerful yet comfortable haven for children or young guests. The room is infused with a vibrant and energetic color palette, sparking creativity and joy.Head downstairs to the Man Cave and Game room. Here you will find a second kitchen, living room perfect for playing games or watching a movie along with the 4th bedroom. The Game Room has another bar area as well as a pool table, ping pong and large 75 inch flat screen to watch your favorite sporting event while playing a game of pool.Step outside any level of this home to discover your stunning outdoor oasis. The expansive screened in patio off the upper living room is the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking up the Texas landscape. While the patio off the Man Cave room mirrors these similar qualities it also includes a propane firepit for those chillier nights. The propane BBQ grill is just off the Man Cave Gaming room. There is a spacious yard providing ample room for outdoor games and activities.Head down to the boat dock, which is a perfect place for swimming, boating, fishing, and exploring the surrounding lake. Be sure to bring your camera to capture the stunning sunsets over the water each evening on the boat dock. There is a newly added hydraulic swim platform which provides easy access to enter or exit the lake on the complimentary kayaks available for guests. The boat lift is now a new hydraulic universal boat lift system suitable for both pontoon and v-bottom boats. Additionally, there is a separate hydraulic lift for easy water entry for jet skis or kayaks.Sleeping Arrangements:- Master Bedroom – King Bed en-suite bathroom (Sleeps 2)- Upstairs Bedroom 2 – King Bed En-suite Bathroom (Sleeps 2)- Upstairs Bedroom 3 – Twin bed and Twin Daybed with Trundle (Sleeps 2-3)- Downstairs Bedroom 4 – Queen Bed with Jack N’ Jill Bathroom and shared with Man Cave (Sleeps 2)- Downstairs Man Cave- Couch Bed (Sleeps 2)Guest Access:Guests will have access to the entire house, water toys and boat dock with both hydraulic universal boat lift and hydraulic platform.The Neighborhood:Beyond the lake, Enchanted Valley Lake house is located in Texas Hill Country. Hike scenic trails, visit local wineries, and immerse yourself in the charm of nearby towns. Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, this lake house serves as the perfect home base for your Hill Country getaway.Getting Around:You will need a vehicle to get to this property and around to the local attractions.Other Things to Note:We are available via phone, text, email, or in person if need be.This is a non-Pet Friendly Property Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
