Enchanting house directly on Candlewood Lake in Danbury CT. Private dock, and 115′ of private waterfront. Swim, kayak, fish, float around and enjoy the lake life. Relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the large back deck and enjoy the beautiful lake views. The house has three spacious bedrooms and a lower level with a bunk bed for additional accommodations. The main level has an open floor concept which maximizes the lake views. The deck, backyard and fire pit are situated so you can enjoy amazing views of the lake . We have two kayaks and various floats for use. Boats and kayaks can also be rented from one of the local marinas. Jet skis are also welcome and can be parked on our dock. Conveniently located 5 minutes from I-84, close to shops and restaurants. Well-maintained and beautifully landscaped.
