The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats in the parking lot.Entry: **Stairs required** This unit is on the 2nd level so approximately 25 stairs are required.Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views. Use remotes to set temperature.Guest Access:Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (other than a private owner’s closet) along with the shared complex pool.The Neighborhood:The complex is located in a popular spot in North Myrtle Beach – which makes for a perfect vacation. When at this condo, you are within a quick drive to all the great restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer!Getting Around:Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.Other Things to Note:PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.Cancellation Policy – Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
