Only about 30 miles from the Canadian border and 80 miles from downtown Montreal. This is the perfect haven for relaxation, sightseeing and outdoor activities.If you would like to stay local, there are farmers markets, a General Store – Hero’s Welcome, restaurants and wonderful local shops. If you enjoy going on an adventure in about 40 minutes you can enjoy Ben and Jerry’s, Cabbot cheese annex and Von Trapp resort with a new brewery!A new dock and moorings are at your disposal if you choose to bring your boat or rent one. The home, located in the Gut, comes with 110 +ft of beach area that is perfect for fishing or taking a swim on a hot summer day. During your stay please enjoy a canoe and kayak.The home boast three bedrooms, updated kitchen/bath, washer/dryer and many amenities that you will appreciate while entertaining in the large open kitchen, deck or yard. The summer days can get steamy so we have window units and ceiling fans.
