It is a short drive to St. Pete, Tampa Bay and Sarasota area attractions, restaurants and shopping.The backyard is a tropical oasis with beautiful palm trees and a heated, outdoor pool.(Additional charge to heat the pool is $150 a week.) A pleasant place everyone can enjoy, fully fenced, private and pet friendly—large dogs welcome. (Pets must be pre-approved, $200 pet fee applies.) Both sunny and shaded areas make this an excellent space for grilling, family games or relaxing with a book.The house includes a comfortable family room and an updated galley kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for cooking.
