This just built, compact 600 square-foot guest cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, small patio with grill, and RV water and electric hookup available for an additional fee. The main house is located directly adjacent the guesthouse, although not pictured. Escape to the country and still enjoy the convenience and close proximity to all the amenities you could need. Located between I25 and Hwy 83, only 20 minutes from the USAFA North Gate, 10 minute from downtown Monument, 30 minutes from Colorado Springs, and 50 minutes from Denver.CDC Recommendations for cleaning of property are carefully followed. All surfaces are cleaned with detergent and water first and disinfected with diluted bleach solution. Sheets, blankets, etc are washed with hot water, laundry detergent and bleach, and dried at the highest setting. rugs disinfected with lysol.See more
