The condo has the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer and comes with 1 assigned covered parking space with ample additional guest parking. The Royal Palm Club pool area offers the rare benefit of being just steps from the sand offering an easy transition from lounging poolside to taking a dip in the gulf. Enjoy nightly sunsets, balmy gulf breezes and the serenity of the Naples beach lifestyle at Royal Palm Club 404!This rental does require a 2 month minimum year round. During January-April, a 2 month minimum stay is required (Jan & Feb, or March & April, will only book Feb and March together as a 90-day min). Please inquire prior to booking alternate dates! APPLICATION: All rentals in Royal Palm Club require a lease application be completed and submitted at least 1 month prior to check-in date for approval.
