Private den has been converted into an additional sitting area that can be closed off for a working space. The main bedroom has a king size bed and sliding glass door leads to the pool area. Ensuite bathroom has a jetted tub, walk around shower and double vanities. The two guest bedrooms have queen beds and are separated by a Jack and Jill bathroom.Kitchen has everything you’ll need, FULLY equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, bakeware, toaster, Coffee maker- nothing was missed for those that prefer to cook and eat-in. Additionally, there is indoor laundry and smart TV’s in all rooms.The southern exposure lanai offers outdoor living including a pool, dining for 6, Lounge chairs to soak in the sun during the day and comfy furniture to relax in the evenings. The pool is heated in the cooler months to 86 degrees.Plenty of activities to keep busy including: off shore fishing, kayaking, golfing year round and fantastic shopping or just relax at the nearest Tiki bars overlooking the water.
