The master bedroom is a retreat all of its own thanks to its doors that open to the balcony, a king bed and a bathroom that HGTV would gladly feature due to its giant whirlpool tub and glass walk-in shower.While Sanctuary at Redfish is known for its natural appeal, 3106 balances nature with some fantastic man-made extras including TV’s in each room, a comfortably furnished balcony and a half-bath off the main gathering area- an excellent combination for entertaining beach ‘bums’ that like a little luxury!Moreover, there are countless ways to relax without ever leaving the property. Sunbathe in the expansive pool deck which seamlessly blends three tiered pools (one heated seasonally), two hot tubs, a fire pit, four grills and untouched natural foliage along the Gulf. March through October pontoon ferry service available that will take you to the Gulf where you will find seasonally provided beach service! In the winter months enjoy a short golf cart shuttle to a public beach access or the entrance to the private preserve trail to the beach. Plus, a fitness center and covered underground parking are yours when you need them. If you decide to venture beyond the gates a bike path leads you to boutiques, an ice cream shop and restaurants or you can hop in the car and discover the charming town centers of Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach.This condo rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer. We do not rent to under 25.Property rules state: no RV’s or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY – No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
