This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is decorated with a fun and relaxing tropical flair that will make for great vacation memories.Owners are super responsive and provide fully stocked kitchen, books, toys and other essentials to make you feel right at home!With 2 bedrooms and a full bath on 1st floor, and 2 bedrooms and full bath on second floor, a hot tub, and swimming pool, this property is great for 2 families or 1 big family, Walk out the back yard into the 60 acre Cox Nature Reserve to start your quiet mornings with a beautiful run or walk, and then in the evening, stroll two blocks to see the beautiful sunsets over the Delaware Bay. During the day, swim in Cape May (just a 10 – 15 min drive); we provide 6 beach tags for the Cape May beaches. Did we mention the screened in porch, outdoor grilling area, game room for the kids and fire pit? We also have 2 kayaks , bikes, beach supplies including toys, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. So pack your clothes and come on down to enjoy a truly unique and fun house!BEACH WALKER PRO TIP: The Fall is an especially great time to enjoy great weather and empty beaches!
