Simply enter your desired dates and click ‘Book Now!’This mountain home (registration number 3428) is built around an original cabin dating back to the early 1900s, and features a fully-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and a furnished patio near the sounds of the stream, passing hummingbirds, and mountain views.This rental is located next to the Roosevelt National Forest. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Indian Peaks Wilderness are each just minutes away. Wild Basin Lodge is only nine short miles from the rental, making it easy to experience any nearby events.Guests can also bike along the Peak to Peak highway, visit Estes Park, or head into Boulder where you can explore the wares of the Pearl Street Mall. It’s all a short 45 minute drive away.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information.
