The chef’s kitchen provides plenty of quartz counters, stainless appliances (including a double oven), and a generous pantry with wine cooler and sparkling, briny views. This floor also houses two King Owner Suites. Both pamper with their own snuggly sitting/reading space, private waterfront deck egress, large closets and full baths with his- and-her granite vanities, walk-in tile showers and water closets. Downstairs, an oversize laundry/mudroom, right off the garage/outdoor shower area, is great for getting sand off after a day at the beach. Upstairs, the vaulted third level opens to a large great room fronted by ocean-facing doors and windows. Step out onto the generous bayed upper deck and take in the 180-degree Atlantic panoramas.
