We invite you to stay and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful Kauhale Makai (Village by The Sea)resort.We would like to share our vacation home with you!This condo offers; fully stocked kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, many kitchen accessories, modern style furniture, new floors throughout, and much, much more!The master bedroom has elegant modern furniture and a king platform bed with a luxurious Serta pillow top mattress.The living room has a comfortable pull out sofa bed with a queen mattress (full inner spring – not foam or inflatable), and a 55″ LED Smart TV and WiFi. The kitchen will meet all your needs, the brand new appliances and accessories are all you require to prepare a basic meal or a fancy feast. This kitchen has it all! This condo offers Central AC to keep you cool , or you may wish to open the large sliding doors in the living room and bedroom to take advantage of the Maui trade winds.This unit has magnificent views of the ocean. The large lanai overlooks the immaculately maintained grounds, including the heated pool, hot tub and barbecue area.Kauhale Makai – Village By The Sea is proud to be a Smoke-Free condo/resort.Check in at the front office and for your parking and registration.**The Pool will be Closed from April 22nd-May 6th 2024 and the dates have been discounted to reflect that.**Cancellation Polices And Options:Travel Insurance – Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties. All of the major booking sites offer trip insurance that you can purchase at time of booking. Also, many credit cards do offer some sort of travel reimbursement as terms of their program, please check with your credit card company as well, should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation on.For bookings without Travel Insurance, we have the below options:Cancellations – 30 Days or More before check-in, Renters will receive a Full Refund, minus a $99.00 Administrative Fee + TaxCancellations -29 Days or Less before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental amount.
