When Panama City Beach is calling your name but you want to avoid elevators and big crowds on the beach, Soothing Sails at Sugar Beach Condos fits the bill!Our second floor condo has been completely remodeled to be light, bright, airy, clean and welcoming to you and your friends/family for the getaway you need. With a great view from the balcony and overlooking the pond in the center of the complex, you’ll be just as happy inside as you will on the beaches. The gorgeous living space features new flooring, comfy seating, Smart entertainment, and free wifi. The dining area is ready for any meals or snacks and the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare them all. An in-condo washer and dryer is available as well.Our space features two bedrooms and two bathrooms to comfortably sleep a maximum of 8 guests. The main bedroom offers a king bed and an accessible bathroom with tub/shower. The guest bedroom features two queen beds, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has a smart TV with HD service as well. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa to round out the sleeping options for a total of 8.But the beauty of the condo interior is bested only by the beauty of the beaches at the Emerald Coast, and they are just a few steps away through the complex, past the pool and Club House. We include complimentary beach chair service (through Oct 1), plus there are also picnic tables and grills available for guest use.Sugar Beach is a gated community with no elevator waits or crowded beaches. The resort offers many amenities, including tennis and shuffleboard courts, a pool, club house (tiki bar coming this summer!), grills, and a pond filled with koi and turtles that can be fed from the dock platform. It is located directly on the white sands of the Emerald Coast.NOTES: There is a $25 per vehicle per stay (up to 21 days) fee at check in, and wristbands are provided that must be worn on property. Any vehicles over 35 days are $40. Trailers or RVs must be approved by the main office and carry an additional charge. These fees are not included in your booking total. Dogs are allowed up to 20lbs each, max of 2 with a nonrefundable pet fee $125 to owner plus the resort’s nonrefundable pet fee of $150 for one and $25 for a second. NO CATS ALLOWED.We’re excited that Sugar Beach will be undergoing a facelift in 2024, but there could be some noise on occasion only during standard business hours. This is not expected to impact a guest’s stay.
