Description
Welcome to West Shore House!This well-equipped rental is perched up on the edge of a hill on the quiet West Shore Road. Enjoy yourself on the large wrap-a-round deck, or maybe even the two balcony decks which all allow you to never miss a scenic sunset on Harpswell Sound. Enjoy the convenience of walking to the local general store or the restaurants located on the two-mile-long island from the home. Upon entering West Shore House you will come in through the house and enter the basement. On this level you will notice there is a washer and dryer to the left of the stairs and a little storage area to the right. Walking up the stairs, to the second level, this brings you right into the large open living area. Here you will see the kitchen, a full bathroom, a sitting area off of the kitchen as well as a dining and living area. As you make your way up to the third level you will find two bedrooms. The primary bedroom to the top left of the stairs has a king bed with a walkout balcony facing the water, a large closet and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a half bath as well as it s own private balcony facing the water.Deeded access to the water is located just a short walk from the home. Please note this access is a rocky shorefront but you are just a few minutes from a pebbly beach too. Come stay at the West Shore House today!* Please note this property rents Saturday-Saturday in summer. The calendar will show available check-in check-out days and the week in-between will be grayed out. Fireplace is available for renter(s) use.
