This 2,623 sq ft single-level home sits on a 10K+ sq ft corner lot and includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room plus breakfast area, living room plus home theater, and fenced (non-heated) pool. Bedrooms offer rest in 2 kings, 2 queens, and 1 twin. Spread out inside in the 2 living, both outfitted with leather sectionals and recliners.Our home is located 2 miles from Kierland, and a few miles to WestWorld, Old Town Scottsdale, and Fashion Square. Conveniently located for a week or weekend of shopping and golfing, also close to area hospitals.The pool is serviced weekly and has a solar-powered skimmer to keep it ready at all times. We also have bi-weekly landscaping service. In event of storm/rain, we’ll refund you $50 for the time you spend to skim the pool or you can visit a 4-star resort the owner owns in Paradise Valley / Scottsdale (free year-round heated pool, free kayaking/boating, free tennis).Please note, that one of 4 bedrooms (queen/twin) may experience car noise from the street. We have put on shades and curtains to lower the noise level to be comparable to an AC unit (and lower than ceiling fan noise). If you are very very sensitive to noise, plan to use the remaining 3 bedrooms.
