This 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath comfy home is perfect for families and friends who want to get away to the mountains. Surrounded by trees, with Lake Chatuge just up the drive. Minutes from the Beach, Golf Course, Spa, Casino, Pickleball courts, Fairgrounds, Young Harris College, scenic playground, fantastic restaurants, antique shops, boat rental/marina and more.We offer free Wi-Fi, AT&T TV Streaming and Netflix at no additional cost.70″ TV in the LivingroomMaster bedroom – 1 Queen Bed – 32″ TV2nd bedroom – 1 Full Bed – 32″ TV3rd bedroom – 1 twin trundle bed (Sleeps 2) – 20″ TVOne bathroom has a handicap bath, but the house is not currently handicap accessible as there are 5 steps to get into the main part of the house.While we are just a walk down the drive from a beautiful lake view, we do not have lake or dock access. The property in front of the lake is privately owned.Our getaway is not a luxury home, but we continue to make upgrades. In 2022 put in new flooring, USB outlets throughout the home, new lighting, new kitchen appliances, new washer/dryer, and new stove.
