Master bathroom was remodeled 2022.A large sun deck with a 10 k boat lift on the canal gives the opportunity to rent a boat or just enjoy the sun all day long.For sporty guests there are two kajaks, two bicycles, fishing rods, tennis rackets and even a men’s and women’s golf set.You are close to restaurants, shopping at Publix and the Cape Harbour area. The beaches of Sanibel and Captiva are just a 20 min ride with the car.
