Cute, two bedroom house located in the quiet Tidewater Oaks subdivision on the Tres Palacios river. There is a large picnic area, a two car concrete parking area, an elevated deck overlooking the river with steps leading down to a private fishing deck. Inside you will find a full kitchen, a sitting/dining room with a full view of the river, a tv/sitting room with a 58″ smart tv with Roku built in, a laundry room with washer/dryer, and two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed while the other bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. A community boat ramp is very convenient and a public boat ramp and fishing area is nearby. Palacios has several public lighted fishing piers and boat ramps.The river is good for fishing, kayaking and smaller motorboats and leads into the Tres Palacios Bay which then leads to the Gulf. Fishing charters are available in Palacios.Nearby cities are Blessing (5 miles), Palacios (13 miles), and Bay City (20 miles). Local beaches are Matagorda Beach (36 miles) and Sargent Beach (50 Miles).The house has central air conditioning/heating, wifi, and is strictly NO SMOKING.Special rates for weekly/monthly stays.
