Upstairs, find a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a furnished deck, a sitting area with twin trundle beds, and full bath with washer and dryer. The spacious primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a spacious closet to unpack and get settled in, A/C, and a workspace. Enclosed outdoor shower under the balcony.Provides access to the full, secure garage for bikes and other equipment. This home’s driveway is large enough to park a small trailer boat.Linens as well as towels and beach chairs are provided!Brewster Attractions~Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in various locations in Brewster along Route 6A.Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide to collect seashells, photos, and memories.Enjoy magnificent sunsets summer over the Cape Cod Bay.Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park, with two kettle ponds for kayak and paddle board (rentals available on site)Play a round at Captains Golf Course!Highly recommended restaurants are nearby JT’s Seafood and Cobie’s for casual beach bites and plates.Saturday to Saturday only.Smoking is not permitted.
