Dining room table seats up to 10. Living room with large sectional & 55″Tv. Full bath & outdoor shower. 2nd floor: MBed w/Queen bed, water view & attached 1/2 bath. 2nd BR w/Queen bed, 3rd BR w/full bed & water view. 4th BD w/twin bunk beds & twin daybed trundle. Full newly renovated hall bathroomGuest accessEntire house, access to sunfish for experienced sailors only. Trailer hitch required, we do have the ball.Other things to note1 double kayak, 3 single kayaks & 1 inflatable kayak for your use.
