Summary:Sunset at Santa Cruz offers a modern Spanish style architectural influence with terra cotta roofing and an upstairs balcony. The entire interior is brand new! Cozy up in the living room after a day at the beach to watch a movie on our plush sectional couch. Cook dinner in our fully remodeled kitchen, or BBQ on our gas grill. Make your way up to the 2 upstairs bedrooms by way of our unique spiral staircase.The Space:The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil.-There is a new washer/dryer located on the property; it is shared by 3 other units and there is no charge.Guest Access:Self check in: Prior to arrival, all guests will be provided a unique combination code to the lock box located at your bungalow.
