The downstairs guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a hallway bath with tub/shower combo. There are 2 living room areas with Flat Screen Smart TV, free WIFI & premium cable. The main floor living room is open to the gourmet kitchen with island. The downstairs living room has a huge L shaped sectional, perfect gathering place for the kids or adults to watch movies, sports and enjoy each other’s company. The formal dining room seats 4 persons, but can be extended with portable tables for 8 upon request.There is a very large kitchen with a 4-burner stove/oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker and full-sized dishwasher. Plenty of counter space for cooking and a kitchen island that seat 3. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware and all the kitchen gadgets you would need.
