Bask in your own little piece of paradise in the peaceful backyard by the pond or the 3 seasons porch off the main bedroom. Every room is designed for comfort. It’s just minutes from parks, nature preserves and downtown Ann Arbor attractions like museums, shops, restaurants, sporting events and nightlife. We offer a coffee bar, books, and games for all to enjoy. The 1400sq. ft. home is located on a 1.4-acre property sprawling with various trees and foliage creating a very private space. The backyard has a peaceful pond with goldfish. The inside has vaulted ceilings with 2 skylights and lots of natural light. Even though you’re just off Platt Rd it’s difficult to hear any road noise from inside. The main bedroom sleeps 2 with a king bed, private bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, entrance to 3-season porch, reading nook and 45″ smart TV. Bedroom #2 sleeps 2 with a queen and plenty of storage for belongings. Bedroom #3 sleeps 4 and has a bunk with twin on top, full on bottom and pull-out trundle with a twin. There is a Pack ‘N Play and highchair located in the closet for younger guests. The main living area has another 55″ smart TV and an electric start gas fireplace. The kitchen has 3 seats at the island, a dining table seats 4 and a breakfast nook that seats 2. The kitchen includes all basic needs and has a fully stocked coffee bar with espresso, cappuccino, drip and French press coffee makers.
