Perfect for friends, families and groups up to 9 guests.The house is secured by ADT with security cameras on the exterior perimeter of the house and a doorbell camera.The house is an open floor concept that combines a living room, dining room with direct access to the pool, kitchen and bathroom leading to the pool. This bathroom has a tub/shower feature ideal for an after-pool shower. You will also find the laundry closet in the bathroom equipped with laundry detergent for your convenience.The living room is equipped with a sofa sleeper sectional, 4K television, blanket throws, and board games stored in the right-side of the TV unit.You will enjoy the large master bedroom located on one side of the house featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, private in-suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool.Located on the opposite side of the house is a second bedroom with a queen size bed, dedicated working station, in-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet.Across from the second bedroom is a third bedroom with a twin and full-size bunk bed as well as a standard closet. This room is equipped with toys for kids and a playpen for babies.We have a perfect kitchen fully equipped with appliances. Also, Google Nest Hub is available in the kitchen. You can find a first aid kit in the drawers if needed for emergencies.The garage is equipped with household cleaning tools, bicycles, fishing rods, and beach gear.
