Don’t work so much you forget to enjoy the beach and have fun, though!This home has a private 2 car garage that is a side-by-side “not tandem” (tandem garages are long garages that block 1 car in). It also has room for a small 3rd car to parallel park along the garage. The garage is 210″ wide, 244″ long, and 81″ high.1 large refrigerator and mini fridge, downstairs den, sofa, and bar table.
