We can’t have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the hot tub being loud. It’s important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 12 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check-in.Rules of the house:- No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 12 people allowed in the house- Max occupancy of 12 people must be respected- No use of the hot tub area past 10 p.m- Patio sliding doors must be kept closed after 10 pm- Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis – please check with host before arrival – $90 per day/pet- Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok)- $250 fine for smoking indoors- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel- $200 charge per stained sheet/duvet cover- $35 charge per stained pillow case- $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaningGuests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors have zero tolerance for noise disturbance. There are noise monitoring devices and cameras. Noncompliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.Upon check-in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately – if it’s minor we usually won’t charge. If it’s a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
