Entire Unit Newly Renovated! 3BR/2BA Condo – Majestic Beach Tower II 1506This slice of paradise features a beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bath middle unit at the Majestic Beach Towers (Tower II)! New to our rental program, this unit has recently been completely redone. With updated counter tops, bathrooms, appliances, there isn’t more our guests could need to make their vacation a memorable one.Enjoy ocean views from the main bedroom as well as access to the extended balcony. The main bedroom features a king bed in addition to a lounge chair. There is a private bathroom that boasts double vanities, a large jetted tub, and a walk-in shower that is completely new. An extra vanity space and closet are available in the primary bedroom as well.The second bedroom has a queen bed along with a medium sized flat screen TV. This bedroom is connected to the second bathroom that features a tub/shower combo and single vanity.The third bedroom has a twin bunk bed and a personal TV.The unit boasts a fully stocked kitchen, a brand new under the counter ice maker, and upgraded cable on large flat-screen TVs! This particular layout will sleep 8 comfortably (with the usage of our sleeper sofa).Majestic Beach Towers I & II are two of the most amenizied buildings on our coast. Featuring 650 feed of Gulf frontage, a market with Starbucks, three outdoor pools, two indoor pools, including a splash pool and waterfall, and three hot tubs. Majestic Beach Towers also features a 130-stadium seating movie/presentation theater, conference facilities, a fitness center, a poolside bistro, and bar with covered parking.
