This space is my personal live+work artist den. I’m a traveling artist and live between many different spaces so I only stay here sporadically. The space is sleeved with doodle art by world famous @prettydone best know for his works in the standard hotels. The room is designed for artistic luxury living and makes for an amazing space to chill, create and make content. The property is a site to see and one of a kind private oasis to art gallery and exhibition space “Shocktank Inc.”The spaceThe studio is on first floor level of a private artist compound not visible from the street. You will only have one neighbor on the second floor penthouse. The space is private and not shared by any roommates. It’s just you and the art.Guest accessGuests have compete access to the entire unit. Huge custom bed, living room chill area, bar/kitchen open air vibes, open air office with back shelving and walk-in closet plus bathroom with sexy tile shower.Other things to noteThis space is precious, made with LOVE and kept with attention to detail.
