We have a ring doorbell that has a camera that detects motion when someone approaches the door.Other things to note- Please read our House Rules carefully and take them seriously. Failure to comply will result in extra fees and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.- All guests staying at the property must be included in your reservation upon booking. Max number of guests is 10 people. If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on AirBnB’s policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest will apply, and we might request that you vacate the property.- Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate.
